In observance of the provisions of the Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003, we are providing you with the information regarding the scope and method for processing your personal data, as well as what concerns the transmission and diffusion of the same, the nature of the data in our possession and their conveyance.

Scope of processing

The use of your personal data in our possession or which will be requested of you or which will be provided to us by you or by third persons will be for the following scopes:

• administrative and contractual obligations like invoicing, obligatory registrations and similar, fulfilment of civil law;
• obligations deriving from the correct application of the dispositions for the production and commerce activities related to plastic materials and to all of the operations related to the same.

Sensitive information

Our company, in the performance of its commercial activity, does not in any way collect sensitive personal data as defined by the Legislative Decree 196/2003:

(Art. 4, comma 1, letter d) defines as sensitive data: "personal data suitable for revealing the racial and ethnic origin, beliefs of a religious, philosophical or other nature, political persuasion, adhesion to parties, unions, associations or organisations of a religious, philosophical, political or union nature, as well as personal data suitable for revealing the state of health and sexual preferences").

Processing method

The processing may be manual or with the aid of computer systems for saving, managing and transmitting the data in our possession, with logics strictly correlated to the same scopes, in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the same data, and with your commitment to immediately inform us of any corrections, integrations and/or updates.

Context of transmission and diffusion

Your personal data, object of the processing, may be transmitted in Italy:

• to internal personnel (employees, representative agents, concessionaries, collaborators) of our company;
• to external subjects, namely accountants, labour consultants, data processing companies, for the completion of all or part of the accounting, fiscal and administrative obligations;
• to the following subjects: Financial administration, Insurance companies, Social security and assistance institutions, Judicial authorities and, generally, to all bodies in charge of verifications and controls regarding the regularity of legal obligations;
• to other subjects namely lawyers, notaries, consultants in general, credit institutions, public and private institutions and companies that carry out activities functionally linked to the execution of the operation or service;
• to the subjects that may access your data under legal or EU regulatory dispositions.

Nature of conveyance

The conveyance of your data for the purposes under the preceding points are obligatory to fulfill the legal obligations necessary for the exact accomplishment of the civil and fiscal obligations, as well as those related to the mandate given. The data controller also makes it clear that the eventual refusal to provide the data or to allow its processing or transmission of any of the obligatory information, has the following consequences:

• impossibility of establishing or continuing the relationship, or to perform any operations, if the data is necessary for the execution of the relationship or operation;
• impossibility of performing any operations that presuppose the transmission of the data to subjects functionally linked to the execution of the same.

We also inform you that you may exercise your rights under art. 7 of legislative decree 196/2003 by contacting the person in charge of the processing. Data controller is PI ESSE PLASTICS S.r.l. with offices in Regione La Monaca, 12074 Cortemilia (Cn) Person in charge of data processing is the Legal Representative, domiciled for this role at the company headquarters.

Art. 7 of legislative decree 196/2003 (Right to access personal data and other rights)

• The concerned party has the right to obtain the confirmation of the existence of personal data that regard him/her, even if not yet recorded, and their transmission in intelligible form.
• The concerned party has the right to obtain information on:
• the origin of the personal data;
• the scopes and methods of processing;
• the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools;
• the identity of the data controller, the data processors and of the representative designated under article 5, comma 2;
• the subjects or category of subjects to which the personal data may be transmitted or which may gain knowledge of said data in the quality of designated representative in the territory of the State, of persons in charge or appointed parties.
• The concerned party has the right to obtain:
• the updating, the rectification or, when he/she wants, the integration of the data;
• the cancellation, transformation in anonymous form or the block of data processed in violation of the law, including those for which conservation is necessary in relation to the scopes for which the data was collected or successively processed;
• the certification that the operations under letters a) and b) have been made known, also as regards their content, to those to which the data was transmitted or diffused, with the exception of the case in which this fulfilment is impossible.
